25th Jubilee

2010 was a key milestone in the history of the North Harbour Rugby Union being the 25th Jubilee year. The Union has come a long way since 1985 growing to become the fourth largest Union in New Zealand (based on registered player numbers).

Book - "Harbour - The First 25 years of the North Harbour Rugby Union" by Lindsay Knight - $30

To mark its 25th Anniversary North Harbour has commissioned Lindsay Knight to write its history. A North Shore resident since 1977, Lindsay is one of this country’s leading rugby and sports writers.  In this work is recorded the union’s history by reference to people, places and events and Lindsay has supplied all the appropriate facts and figures but more importantly he has also captured the character and flavor of the uniqueness that is Harbour Rugby.
