North Harbour Rugby are seeking Coach applications for the Secondary School Girls Representative Side for the 2015 season
The successful applicant will have knowledge in the following areas:
Coach Experience at either senior or teenage/secondary school level
Experience coaching girls at Secondary School Girls would be advantagous
Strong knowledge and experience coaching technical / tactical aspects
Excellent ability to plan and deliver an effective representative campaign
Proven leadership qualities
Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working amongst other Coaches
Ideally NZR "Coaching Teenage Rugby" course
