Yes it is pre-season; and no we can't get too excited, but what did catch our eye was the number of Harbour boys that had a run in the Blues 59-7 win over the Force.
With 5 in the starting line-up (Matt Duffie, Michael Little, Matt McGahan, Gerard Tuioti-Mariner, Sione Mafileo) and at one stage 5 Harbour boys in the back line alone (Duffie, Little, McGahan, Tevita Li and Matt Vaega) our boys certainly had a lot of opportunities to show their wares.
Add to that coach Tana Umaga's comments post match on the performance of Duffie and Rene Ranger, as well as Nic Mayhew's effort in dotting down, and their was no question Harbour coach Steve Jackson was feeling quite content. You can read the match report here
